who we are

sunapsis began as a quest.

Jason knew he could build a better tool to manage international student and scholar information. So, when he wasn’t working full-time, he spent his time developing sunapsis, which officially launched in 2005.

Jason, never one to sit idly by, has created JB International to take it one step further by developing entirely new products and services for the field.

JB International is a journey.

JB International began as a way to put people first. Our team is passionate about serving international students, scholars, and employees, just like you. Collectively, we have nearly 60 years' experience working in international higher education.

Our objective is to create a new platform that will deliver innovative products and services driven by community engagement. We'll manage the tech, you manage the people. Starting with a comprehensive scholar & employee app, Trilby Suite will integrate with SEVIS, FLAG, and Zoom.

Meet the team

It is simple really; work hard and be nice to people. At JB International, we believe in enjoying the journey, doing the best we can, making the most of every opportunity, and leaving things better than we found them. Our employees work with independence, expertise, and commitment to create work we can all be proud of. We value finding the middle ground between work and play, treating everyone that is a part of JB International as family.

As an ethos, people > tech, but don't get us wrong, we are still all about creating technology that people love; working with our clients to overcome challenges.

Our ultimate goal? Inspiring our organization and community toward a better and smarter future.
